Maine’s annual Deaf Culture Festival on October 9th, 2010 was a big success! The event was a collaboration between several agencies and many individuals, from our sponsors to the vendors and displays to the Children’s area activities. Maine Center on Deafness, Maine Educational Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Community Counseling Center and the University of Southern Maine made sure that our 300+ guests had an enjoyable time.
