This innovative program was the nation’s first! Through a simple email-based notification system, D/dead, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened clients are kept informed of threatening weather conditions, public safety emergencies, power outages and other disasters happening across Maine.

Clients can choose to receive a one-way or two-way pager at ‘No’ or ‘Low’ cost, or request to have alerts sent to equipment they already own.

NOAA Weather Radio with strobe signaler and text display also available; receives only National Weather Service transmissions.

* Clients who choose the two-way pager are responsible for all monthly service charges, taxes, etc. Requires credit check and two-year contract with Sprint Relay.
